Towne Properties was founded in 1961 with one goal in mind…Creating a “Great Place to Live®”. Towne Properties constructed Cincinnati’s first condominiums and has gone on to become the most honored Community Association Management Company in Ohio and the Kentucky region. Towne Properties success has expanded through North Carolina and more recently to Southwest Florida. With over 1,000 capable associates Towne Properties is confident we can make a difference in your community.
Towne Properties' approach is designed to provide communities with an integrated offering in several key service areas including financial management and accounting functions, vendor negotiation, expense control, enhanced board/resident communication and beyond.
The Towne Properties Naples District office is a “Full-Service” fully staffed regional office consisting of Professional and Certified community association managers, administrative and customer service staff, CPA led accounting with in-office accounting staff and accounting manager, as well as an outstanding team of professional service-oriented maintenance technicians. Our employees enjoy continuing education through Towne University and various industry programs. The Naples District Office is led by a “hands-on” Regional Vice President committed to providing the finest community management to be found anywhere ensuring that your community is truly a “Great Place to live®”.
Michael Towns, LCAM
Regional Vice President
Michael has been working directly in the Community Association Management field for nearly a decade. Michael is “hands-on” in the daily operations of the Towne Properties Naples District Office. He has been recognized for outstanding service to his communities and has been instrumental in bringing the Towne Properties brand to Southwest Florida. Michael’s strong business background and exceptional industry knowledge has been invaluable in guiding communities through Developer Transition and major capital Improvement projects. In addition to a strong background in Business Management Michael is a former CEO Mayor.
Lisette has over 7 years with Towne Properties with a strong background in business management. Prior to joining the Community Association Management field Lisette worked in the legal field for 6 years. Lisette’s strong organizational and communication skills along with an excellent process development background is key to the daily and on-going success of our company’s and communities policies, protocols, and procedures.
Rini Rassias, LCAM
Director of Accounting
Rini has an extensive 20 years of experience in the accounting field. She has held controller positions for private business(s) locally as well an accountant position with Key Regional Bank (one of the 25 largest banks in the United States). Rini is a degreed accountant who brings enthusiasm and responsiveness to all our community partners and is available to meet to discuss all aspects of community financial management, budgeting, and banking.
Wayne DeYorgi, LCAM, CMCA, AMS
Business Development Manager-Florida
Wayne is a veteran of the Florida real estate industry with nearly 30 years licensed in Florida real estate and 25 years as a Licensed Community Association Manager. Wayne brings a very diverse background to Towne Properties Naples District Office. Wayne was the Senior Vice President for United Community Management Corp. and oversaw the Florida West Coast and PGA National divisions. Prior to joining Towne Properties Wayne was the Manager of Community Services for Minto Communities-Florida. Locally Wayne was part of the development of The Isles of Collier Preserve in East Naples in addition to their project launches throughout Florida. Wayne has a strong background in Project Management, Community Development, Large Scale Communities, Amenities, and Developer Transition. Wayne is OSHA trained and certified and served in the United States Coast Guard.
